The history of Babakale goes back 1725.
There was some
turkoman village near cape of Baba .Some pirates were
disturbing this villagers seizuring their sheeps,
goats,cows
ext by violence. When 2th Ahmet, the sultan of Ottoman Empire
come back to Istanbul from a sea war, He had a storm and had
to go ashore in Cape of Baba. Villagers'd complained him their
problems about pirates . |
